5. Limitation of Liability and Consequential Damages

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, in no event shall Chipperycuriousvalt Legal AI Technologies Ltd., its directors, officers, engineers, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages—including, without limitation, loss of profits, commercial opportunities, operational disruption, or litigation expenses arising from contractual disputes—regardless of whether we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
